As a non-profit and community-governed hospital, part of our mission is to share pertinent information with our community. That is why we have posted our current strategic plan for your review. Our fiscal year runs from the beginning of October to the end of September; you will notice our strategic plan follows the same Pillars of Excellence used by EMHS. They are: Quality, People, Finance, Service, Growth, and Community.
